A Matter of Balance
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restricting their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. The course consists of eight, two-hour classes and emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Call 1-877-THR WELL (1-877-847-9355) to register or for more information.
